Goal: to get fit & lose a few inches off my tummy.

This blog will be pro-veg. It won't be all I blog about but be aware that I keep meat/animal product posts to a minimum. It's about health... the veg way!

I'm ready to get fit and healthy. I don't sweat the small stuff. I don't care about numbers like calories or weight. I believe in exercising self-control when it comes to eating and exercising. I'm ready to be the strongest person people know. I'm ready to have the fitness and flexibility to do everything I've ever wanted. I enjoy swimming and yoga. I'm obsessed with myself and I'm not ashamed of that. I never forget to enjoy life, but at the same time, I know that health = happiness. So I realize that although I may not be enjoying the processed sugary snack foods, I will be enjoying making my body do incredible things that other bodies can't.
